The glass was a light green color almost clear with wavy white stripes. One piece was a vase and the other a swan.
Saw these pieces at two yard sales. But I have never been able to find any again. Nor find any pictures on Google.

Going by your description, I wonder if it was Stretch Art Glass? Or perhaps Murano Glass Vase. The quickest and easiest resource would be to reference eBay. Do a search under glass of Stretch Art Glass, Art Glass or Glass Swan.
