Great, Inexpensive Set that works as well as Grandma's does.
It's not always convenient to borrow my Great-Grandmother's heavy flannel pastry cloth and rolling pin cover, so I bought this inexpensive set for myself. The cloth is a thick, stiff canvas that holds the flour and releases the dough nicely. The knit rolling-pin cover is long and stretchy... -

Everything is working great. My only complaint is that the cloth is bigger then my counterspace and the rolling pin cover is about 6 inches too long for my rolling pin. It has been very workable, though, and has rolled out some great pie crusts.
