I think it's good :) There are places where it's a bit iffy, but I don't know why lol. You need to always make sure you capitalise words that need to be capitalised (I). Cut out the Harry Potter thing though, it doesn't fit and it makes the writing seem more juvenile. Please

If I take anything, I find Melatonin helps best, or spraying my room with lavender. Hot baths feel good, but don't help sleep. Reading helps me to feel drowsy enough to fall asleep. I have no idea how to get treatment for the sleep disorders.
