It has Liberty walking on the front of the coin the date on it is 1996. On the back it has an eagle and says 1oz fine silver-one dollar. I can't seem to find a listing for it on any coin appraisal sites only walking liberty half dollars.
Nice find. This type coin has been made by the US Mint every year since 1986. Assuming that yours is still in as-new condition, it's actually one of the better dates in the series.

Minted from 1917 to 1947, the Walking Liberty Half Dollar is an iconic American coin among a large swath collectors and investors. The coin succeeded the Barber Half Dollar, which never achieved the high numismatic status that the former did. President Teddy Roosevelt is widely given credit for the Walking Liberty Half Dollar’s creation, as he began an initiative at the turn of the 20th century to remake all United States coinage.
Physically, the Walking Liberty Half Dollar is in-step with most other early 20th century coins. Like all dime-and-above coinage made in the era, the half dollar is composed of ninety percent silver and ten percent copper.
